These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the wira44 platform, including all gaming products, account services, payment facilities, and promotional offers. Any account found to have been opened by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and any withdrawals made from the account may be reversed pending investigation.
2.2 Geographic Restrictions. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the wira44 Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction of residence. wira44 does not make any representations as to the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction. Access from Prohibited Territories is not permitted. wira44 may, at its sole discretion, block access from or to certain jurisdictions without prior notice.
2.3 Account Registration. To access Gaming Services, you must complete the wira44 account registration process and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to notify wira44 promptly of any changes to your registration information. Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension or termination.
2.4 One Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one active wira44 account at any time. The opening of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, wira44 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or terminate such accounts and to withhold any balances pending review.
2.5 KYC Verification. wira44 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed or account limits are increased. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested may result in account restriction.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wira44 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party. wira44 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security.
3.2 Suspicious Activity. You must notify wira44 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. wira44 reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account where suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation.
3.3 Account Currency. All wira44 accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No currency conversion facilities are provided on the Platform. All displayed balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are expressed in MYR.
3.4 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. wira44 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts, the quantum of which will be communicated to the registered account email address prior to application.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. wira44 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of transaction, which may include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Visa/Mastercard, among others. Available methods may change without prior notice.
4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via supported eWallet methods (including Touch 'n Go and Boost) are credited to the wira44 account balance instantly upon confirmed receipt. wira44 does not accept deposits on behalf of third parties. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.
4.3 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is RM50. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100. These thresholds are subject to change and the current applicable thresholds are displayed in the account banking section at the time of transaction.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed same-day under standard conditions during normal operating hours, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification requirements. wira44 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds, which may extend processing times.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. All transactions on the wira44 Platform are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring. wira44 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or decline any transaction where it reasonably suspects that the transaction may facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime. wira44 may be required to report suspicious activity to relevant regulatory authorities.
5.1 Game Rules. Each gaming product available on the wira44 Platform is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the respective game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific game's rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game only.
5.2 Sportsbook Terms. All sports bets placed through the wira44 sportsbook are subject to the sportsbook-specific betting rules available on the Platform. wira44 reserves the right to void bets where manifest errors in odds have occurred, where a bet has been placed on an event that has already commenced (unless specifically offered as in-play), or where there is evidence of irregular or suspicious betting patterns.
5.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or other failure that interrupts a gaming session, wira44 will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the matter fairly based on the game state at the time of the failure. Incomplete game rounds will be settled in accordance with the game's published rules for interrupted play.
5.4 Certified Fairness. All slot and casino game RNG systems on the wira44 Platform are independently tested and certified by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate as at the date of certification.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available on the wira44 Platform are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion at the time of offer. 6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Any unauthorised use of wira44 intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wira44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or loss of goodwill.
10.2 wira44's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
10.3 wira44 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for implementing appropriate technical and procedural safeguards for your own device and data.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits wira44's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
11.1 wira44 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, where it reasonably determines that a breach of these Terms has occurred, where continued operation of the account creates legal, regulatory, or reputational risk, or where required to do so by a licensing authority or law enforcement body.
11.2 Upon termination of an account for reasons attributable to your breach of these Terms, wira44 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no breach is established following investigation, any remaining balance (net of any applicable adjustments) shall be returned to you via the original payment method.
11.3 You may request closure of your wira44 account at any time by contacting the support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.
12.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wira44 is licensed to operate. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiation.
12.2 If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, wira44 and the Player agree to submit to the dispute resolution procedures of the applicable licensing authority. This provision does not limit any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Malaysian law.
12.3 Any formal legal proceedings must be commenced within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
wira44 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered account holders via email to the address on file, with a minimum notice period of fourteen (14) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where changes are required urgently by a licensing authority or for legal compliance purposes.
Your continued use of the wira44 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.3.
